Grayling Associates, Inc., is the leading Financial Services recruiting and consulting firm in the country. Because of the tremendous increase in demand for our services, we are looking to add a Recruiting Director to our Connecticut team.
You must be able to logically commute to Bloomfield- Hartford County Only
This new team member will be responsible for the following:
Work with Existing Grayling clients to support all Internal Administration and Advisor support recruiting needs.
Recruiting Experienced Financial Advisors for both existing Advisory Firms and Advisor Acquisitions
Use phone calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates
Meet with candidates by phone or Virtually
Write descriptions for job ads and summaries of candidates to send to clients
In-Person Position only! Not Remote or Hybrid
Phone and Virtual Face to Face skills are necessary for success!
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Outgoing personality
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong follow through habits
Cold calling experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to learn technology platforms easily
Ability to collaborate with others
Ability to be self-directed
Strong writing skills
