Greet customers warmly and professionally
Listen actively and take detailed notes-especially when emotions are high or details are unclear
Set clear expectations regarding service timelines, costs, and outcomes
Recommend services based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
Follow up regularly to keep customers informed during each step of the process
