SUMMARY:
Assist with receiving of incoming product against invoice. Ensure the product is stored in its proper location. Issues product to the various departments around the resort, maintain the storeroom for cleanliness, and assist with the inputting info into the I.P. system while also assisting with inventories. Assist in picking up alcohol deliveries from the ABC Warehouse, take lead and oversee beer line cleaning across property. Alcohol is the main product to be received; applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position involves driving a company vehicle and/or company insured vehicle. A valid driver's license is required, along with successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs, according to company guidelines. Follow safe, defensive driving practices at all times, obey all traffic laws, regulations, signals and markings, use a seat belt, and follow Company policies and procedures, including the Substance Abuse Policy. Never drive while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that may impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely, report any accidents immediately and cooperate fully with insurance claims investigations
Responsible with assisting in beverage pickup orders from ABC supply warehouses on a regular, weekly basis
Responsible for checking in and receiving beverage and beverage related inventory and deliveries from suppliers.
Responsible for picking up and delivering operating supplies from Central Warehouse and Central Purchasing in a company vehicle to the remote units throughout the week, receiving the product with unit leadership.
Responsible for maintaining beverage supply inventory in the storeroom, in a clean and organized manner
Responsible for maintaining, cleaning and calling in repairs for all draft beer lines across property. Working with beer line cleaning chemicals and tools, following programmed checklist for regular maintenance of draft beer lines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment and vehicle.
Assist with food and supply deliveries to remote units as well as other items as needed
Rotate all merchandise to ensure FIFO practices, ABC liquor bottles should be used in order they are received in accordance to NC ABC Law
Assist with period end inventories around the resort
Input information into the inventory/purchasing system (EATEC)
Oversee general cleaning schedule of storerooms
Good work ethic, moral integrity and able to get along with many personalities is an important trait of the position
Must have excellent computer skills and ability to learn and retain information
Must withstand cold & hot temperatures
Must work varied shifts - AM and PM when needed
Must maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive small trucks and vans
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must be at least 21 years old
