We are looking for a well-rounded IT professional to provide comprehensive IT support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple IT disciplines and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. This role requires overseeing IT projects and providing hands-on support to meet various technical needs.
This position reports to the IT Manager of Client Services and is based out of our Bozeman, MT office.
As the IT Client Services Analyst, you will have an opportunity to:
Serve as the primary on-site IT contact for Revelyst in Bozeman, supporting brands like Simms Fishing, Blackhawk, and Stone Glacier.
Handle all break/fix issues, escalating to other IT teams as needed.
Provide IT support to remote users within Revelyst.
Support IT projects for new business initiatives.
Conduct computer diagnostics, research technical resolutions, and provide technical assistance.
Onboard new employees, including training and IT setup.
Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse IT equipment, including label printers and handheld scanners.
Maintain and troubleshoot conference room AV systems, ensuring proper functionality for meetings and video conferencing.
You have:
A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or IT, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of desktop hardware, including Windows, MacOS, and server environments.
Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS) and familiarity with Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF (or MDM).
Proficiency with MS O365 and standard desktop applications.
Experience with warehouse label printers, handheld scanners, a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
A proven track record of providing SLAs and Service Desk deliverables.
Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional after-hours support.
Personal transportation to Revelyst facilities within Bozeman/Manhattan, MT area.
Willingness to travel outside of the Bozeman area up to 10% as required.

Pay Range:Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
