About The Position
As our VP of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy, you'll be the operational and strategic force behind our go-to-market engine. This role partners closely with our CRO and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You'll ensure our GTM teams are aligned, enabled, and equipped with the processes, technology, and insights needed to perform at the highest level.
What You Will Do
Design and optimize processes to improve AE and SDR productivity, from initial lead engagement through closed-won outcomes. Build real-time, dynamically updated target lists tailored to each AE, refined based on conversion data, win / loss patterns, and ICP criteria. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to align GTM efforts with market intelligence and account prioritization strategies. Use data insights to proactively adjust territories, account assignments, and outreach strategies to keep the revenue engine performance-driven.
Collaborate with GTM leadership to define and evolve Stampli's go-to-market strategy.
Drive scalable processes across AE and SDR organizations to enhance efficiency and predictability.
Oversee critical functions including Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement.
Lead revenue analytics and forecasting in collaboration with our Data team. Manage our RevOps tech stack, incorporating AI to improve accuracy and productivity.
Serve as the link between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align operational execution with company revenue strategy.
Drive insights and strategies across the customer lifecycle to support retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and confidence in revenue reporting and decision-making.
Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR to design and manage incentive plans aligned with revenue goals.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of tools, processes, and strategies across teams.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing Revenue Operations team. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
What You Will Bring
10+ years leading Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and GTM optimization in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
Proven success in scaling revenue operations and aligning GTM functions.
Expertise in structuring and optimizing AE and SDR teams for maximum productivity.
Experience managing sales support functions like Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Enablement.
Advanced skills in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and data analytics.
Hands-on experience with RevOps platforms such as HubSpot and AI technologies.
Strategic thinker with collaborative leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

The base salary range for this position is $250,000–$275,000 plus bonus. Exact compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
