Responsibilities
Lead the UX/UI design for multiple projects, ensuring usability and ease of adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment throughout the design and build process.
Conduct user research, journey mapping, and design sprints to identify pain points and create effective solutions.
Produce high-fidelity designs and prototypes while maintaining consistency across platforms.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and project teams.
Participate in user testing and gather end-user feedback to inform design decisions.
Communicate design rationale effectively to partners and leaders, advocating for user-centered solutions.
Skills
7 to 9 years of experience in web and mobile design with a strong portfolio of user-centered solutions.
Expertise in Visual (UI) and Interaction Design (UX), with a focus on responsive design and mobile applications.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and provide constructive feedback.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and respect for evolving design processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce, loyalty programs, or related fields.
Familiarity with conducting usability testing and needs-finding research.
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and empathy for user needs.
