ResponsibilitiesPreparing examination room and equipmentExplaining x-ray procedure to the patient to ensure understanding and comfortOperating x-ray machine according to established proceduresReviewing the quality of image and redoing if neededOperating within radiologic standards of careTaking the necessary steps to avoid undue exposure to radiationMaintaining an accurate patient record of completed x-ray proceduresOpportunity to cross train into other modalities (MRI, CT) *** 1 year commitment required for the sign on bonusRequirements:Certification and current registration for Registered Technologist (RT) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Experience in CT and MRI preferred.Graduate of Accredited Imaging School.Must have BLS certification PIcbbf2073c74c-
