SAFe Scrum Master

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Scrum Master position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services during the contract period.

Position Overview

Our Business Systems team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple development teams through our SAFe Agile journey. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing frameworks to align our teams towards a common methodology and processes. This position involves partnering closely with several cross-functional and technical teams to achieve the goal of building, enhancing, and sustaining technology solutions that bring immense value to the business functions we support. These functions include: Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Total Rewards, and Legal & Compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

Guide and coach Scrum Teams on SAFe Agile principles and practices.

Support the organization s SAFe Agile journey through training, mentoring, and coaching.

Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

Remove team impediments and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure consistent adherence to SAFe Agile principles across all teams.

Work in partnership with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align best practices across teams.

Monitor team performance using key metrics and reporting insights.

Foster a collaborative, transparent environment across teams and stakeholders.

Set up Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

What You'll Need to Have:

3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology.

Proven success in leading SAFe Agile transformations within organizations.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Azure DevOps.

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is a plus.

Pay Range: $45-$50/hr +
