RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound cold calling to generate leads

• Update/validate business contact lists

• Administer phone surveys

• Generate leads including phone appointments, face-to-face appointments, web demos and other sales opportunities via phone conversations as defined by specific client projects

• Input accurate data while speaking with customers and prospects on the phone

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year Outbound Calling experience

• Consistent attendance

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Building rapport with all types of business decision makers in a variety of industries

• Work well in a team environment

• Learn clients' businesses quickly to generate interest in their products and services over the phone and communicate accurate information

HOURS, PAY and BENEFITS:

• Contract-To-Hire

• On-Site for 3 Weeks of Training before possible move to Remote/Work From Home (Must meet metrics while working on-site to determine if qualify to work from home). MUST ATTEND ALL 3 WEEKS OF TRAINING (9 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.) WITHOUT TAKING TIME OFF.

• 1st Shift

• Ability to work 30 (MANDATORY) - 40 hours per week

• Monday - Friday Flexible Schedule:

Calling hours are between 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday and between 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On Fridays. Additional calling hours available (depending upon time zone being called) but not mandatory.

• Pay - Base $16.00/hr + Possible $1.00 - $3.00 Bonus
