Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to provide leadership and guidance to Agile teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a facilitator, coach, and mentor, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices. This role requires collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to drive successful project outcomes. The Scrum Master will work towards fostering a self-managing, high-performing team while continually identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives*. Support the development team in achieving sprint goals by identifying and removing impediments*. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate requirements, ensure transparency, and align expectations*. Guide the team in adopting and adhering to Agile principles and Scrum practices*. Use the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to track and communicate team metrics and delivery results*. Coach team members and stakeholders to improve Agile practices and understand Scrum roles*. Create and maintain a product roadmap, refine user stories, features, and epics, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog*. Provide feedback to the Agile Transformation Team based on team experiences and insights*. Promote servant leadership behaviours and facilitate a collaborative problem-solving approach*. Facilitate the adoption of additional Agile practices like Kanban or Lean to enhance team performance*. Handle financial forecasting, processing invoices, and mitigating variances and risks*.
Experience: Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams*. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow products or managing ServiceNow development initiatives*. Strong background in stakeholder management, team collaboration, and conflict resolution*. Experience in implementing and optimizing Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)*.Experience with financial forecasting, invoice processing, and risk management*.
Skillsets: Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills*. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities*. Familiarity with Agile metrics and tracking tools (JIRA, CLM, etc.)*. Knowledge of additional Agile methodologies and frameworks*. Financial acumen for forecasting and budget management*.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)*.
Certifications:- PMP, CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL (preferred).
