Vitamix is seeking a Director, Financial Analysis who will lead all financial analysis and provide critical insights and guidance to senior leadership. This role will be responsible for partnering with departmental heads in developing comprehensive financial plans, driving business performance through in-depth analysis, leading budgeting and forecasting analytics, and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the development and analytics of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with executive and department leadership to understanding business drivers, provide financial guidance, and support strategic decision-making.
Partner in the monthly and quarterly financial process, preparing comprehensive management packages and presenting findings to senior leadership.
Provide on-demand financial analysis to support business leaders in assessing Customer proposals affecting margins.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Oversee New Product development financial analysis and question to inspire key cross-functional teams.
Lead and mentor the financial analysis team while serving as a key business partner to executive and department leadership, collaborating across functions to drive financial understanding and performance.
Lead Business Intelligence team by cultivating value from existing tools and effective prioritization of opportunity set.
Enhance product costing processes and communication through effective management of Sr. Costing associate.
