Recruiting Manager

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our growing team in Boston, MA. As a Recruiting Manager, you will will work a 360 Full Desk developing client relationships and providing sourcing and full-cycle recruiting services. This will involve making business development calls, organizing client meetings, and managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with forecasted deadlines. Required skills and experience

2+ years experience in sales, account management, recruiting or customer service

Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Excellent relationship-building skills

Solid communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week) in Boston
