Job Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Tri-County Technical College of Arts and Sciences School of Humanities and Social Sciences Division is seeking collaborative, energetic, and innovative Music Adjunct Instructors. Reporting to The Tri-County Technical College of Arts and Sciences School of Humanities and Social Sciences Division is seeking collaborative, energetic, and innovative Music Adjunct Instructors. Classes are offered during the day, evening, and at various Tri-County Technical College community campuses within Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties. The 2025 Fall Semester will start August 18th.
The Music Appreciation Adjunct Instructor role is a part-time employment role. Successful candidates will be required to teach face-to-face instruction at one of our four community campuses (Anderson, Easley, Pendleton, or Oconee).
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Master's degree in Music or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Music
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience in a community college; successful experience using a variety of active and collaborative learning strategies; experience implementing innovative assessments to measure student learning; and a demonstrated track record showing regular professional development around their teaching and the discipline.
