Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees
File federal and state payroll taxes
Upload retirement plan and HSA contributions
Track wage changes per union contract
Manage IBEW trust accounts
Manage FMLA time
Maintain employee files in ERP system
Track vacation and sick leave accrual for all employees
Post cash receipts daily
Run accounts payable checks weekly
Process accounts payable vouchers as needed
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Education:
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
Experience:
Minimum three years office experience in Accounting with one year payroll experience preferred
Skills:
Experience with payroll processing
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work with individuals throughout the organization
Previous experience with handling sensitive and confidential information
