Junior Account Manager - Adkast
Responsibilities and Duties
Quality control and auditing
Calling clients, verifying information and making updates to applications
Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations
Focus on strong customer service skills via phone and written communication
Research in the multi-housing industry
Answering phones and general customer service
Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data
Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders Qualifications and Skills
Highly organized individual with consistent follow-through
Must type at least 65 WPM with 90% accuracy
Excellent written & oral communication expertise - English majors are encouraged to apply!
Solid data entry/keyboard skills
Computer & internet knowledge & experience is preferred
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to memorize protocols and procedures
Exhibit creative problem-solving
Be an introvert with a positive attitude
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
Outstanding documentation and concise communication
Ability to comprehend and manage client expectations

Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle, grasp or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk; hear; occasional lifting/carrying of 5+ pounds; speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
