Our client is seeking a solutions-oriented HRIS Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives within their HR technology function. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and team lead, managing the configuration, optimization, and integration of their HR systems-primarily UKG. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, the ability to manage complex projects, and the drive to lead change and improve how the organization leverages its HR systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in HRIS administration with at least 3 years in configuration and implementation
Minimum 2 years managing direct reports
Expertise with UKG (required); experience with Workday is a plus
Proven project management experience and ability to lead systems integrations and upgrades
Strong understanding of HR processes including benefits, recruiting, performance management, and reporting
Experience developing system documentation, user guides, and training content
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
