This is an on-site role that requires work inside our Indianapolis, Indiana branches.

This Branch Manager (of the Farm Bureau and Indiana Government Center Branches) is responsible for supervising and coaching tellers and personal bankers as well as establishing a strong branch culture.

You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members:

Serve members by opening all deposit products and handling maintenance of accounts.

Proactively complete outbound sales calls.

Maintain in depth knowledge of all Elements products and services.

Other duties as assigned. You will make a difference as you live out our purpose:

Hold branch employees accountable to maintain a daily/monthly pipeline.

Manage the Farm Bureau Branch and Indiana Government Center Branch with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Motivate the team to achieve results. You will help grow the business:

In conjunction with Business Development team and SEG Managers, proactively organize and plan table events within your assigned SEG.

Establish consumer, home equity and mortgage loans. You will continue to grow professionally:

Continue to develop knowledge of industry practices, products and professional growth.

Participate in appropriate learning opportunities to maintain expertise.

Focus on relationship building with branch partners including Wealth Management and Mortgage Loan Originators to grow balance and uncover opportunities. You will develop your people:

Manage, coach, train and foster the development of others in the department.

Provide directions on prioritization, tasks, and departmental project management to ensure departmental initiatives are completed efficiently and effectively. Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

6 years financial institution or sales experience or a degree & 4 years financial institution experience or sales experience.

4 years supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to sell and evaluate the financial situation of each member to enhance their financial position.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrate a proficient use of technology tools and possess knowledge of system navigation skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow-up as necessary.

Must be registered or meet registration requirements with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Registry with an active NMLS License ID.
