Plumber

Trillium Construction is now seeking Commercial Plumbers in Jacksonville!

Schedule is Mon-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Pay rate is $30/hr with no per diem. The project will last for 2-3 months. Candidates are needed for the new construction of a rehabilitation center .

Job duties:

-Plumber will be responsible for installing new and replacement plumbing systems on a new rehab hospital: digging, installing, testing and backfilling underground sanitary and grease piping.

-Rough-in of new drain, waste and vent (DWV) and domestic water piping.

-Installation of roof drains and storm drainage piping.

-Threading, installation and testing of building gas piping.

-Installation of a variety of plumbing fixtures and trim such as water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, drinking fountains, etc.

-Installation of plumbing specific equipment such as water heaters, storage tanks, recirculation pumps, tankless water heaters, pumps and water filtration systems.

-Other job/field related tasks as required: brazing, threading pipe, soldering and welding.

Qualifications:

-Previous commercial experience

-Basic hand tools

-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
