Job Description
The Senior Principal Strategy Consultant is responsible for the ideation and creation of analytical frameworks and analyses to address problems of significant complexity facing the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry and Prime specifically, in support of creating and driving Prime's strategy. This role is responsible for serving as the expert consultant and subject matter expert on the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry and how it relates and operates within the broader healthcare industry, particularly as a resource for C-suite and Executive Leadership Team members. This position is also responsible for working collaboratively at the highest level of the organization to deliver materials for the quarterly Board meeting and is the key primary author of strategy-specific elements.
Responsibilities
Identify areas and opportunities for business case development and proactively lead efforts in collaboration with segment or strategic business unit leadership to develop and advocate for new business opportunities for Prime
Provide mentorship and coaching to other team members and other Prime employees external to team in areas of expertise including PBM industry acumen, financial acumen, strategy models and methods, etc.
Provide thought leadership to enterprise regarding emerging trends in PBM and healthcare industry, as well as analytic and strategic models and frameworks

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
10 years of experience in strategy, competitive market intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and/or business and corporate development roles or related field
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Strong strategic thinking, able to analyze key industry trends and identify implications to Prime
Effectively works in matrixed leadership environment
Proven ability to coach and collaborate with team members
Expert ability using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Highly developed communication and presentation skills at senior leadership and executive leadership levels
Ability to work both independently and as an energetic team player
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business or related field
Expert-level knowledge of PBM industry
In-depth knowledge of various strategy theories, tools, and frameworks
Physical Demands
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
