Job Description

Lead daily field operations for a ground-up data center build

Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards

Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale data center or mission-critical builds

Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects ($500M+)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments

Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
