Sr Manager, Sales

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks individuals to join a hardworking and ambitious team, contributing significantly in biologics drug substance development. As a Sr Manager, Sales, you will lead our Business Development Associates team and strategic accounts. Join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

Responsibilities

Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed targets

Manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) and guide their professional growth

Select and coordinate key and strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution of sales plans

Collaborate closely with the Global Director of Business Development, Biologics Drug Substance to agree on goals and strategies

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably within the biologics or pharmaceutical industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Analytical approach with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
