$21.21/hr +
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
Retention Bonus:
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:
Forklift Operator is responsible for the following duties, as outlined by his/her supervisor
Complete the forklift checklist and communicate with maintenance on any issue
Obtain tallies from Coordinator to be loaded
Check trailer appearance for cleanliness, damage, safety
Check unit appearance - proper dunnage, bands, load tags, special instructions
Scan unit from discharge line
Locate and scan to proper area – trailer or location
Load trailer – scan unit, scan door
Check computer for last unit
Communicate shortage, overrun partials, damage to Coordinator
Completion of trailer – Check cube, put on load bar, notify Coordinator
Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris, including keeping floor clean of sheets
Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 75lbs during regular work shift
Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures

Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler
