Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jacksonville, FL (required);
• Experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager (2+ years);
• Experience with Salesforce, Azure.
Preferred:
• Experience in the insurance industry
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Work as a part of the project team to successfully implement the project to analyze, document, develop, test, and deliver the appropriate Salesforce applications;
• Analyze, document, develop, test, deliver product, knowledge transfer, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities;
• Work with business users and internal teams to conduct analysis and document requirements for specific Salesforce enhancements or features.
• Provide detailed functional technical documentation for each analyzed requirement.
