Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Boeing Supplier Quality Team in Wichita is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Quality Management System (QMS) Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis on QMS data, work orders, and inspection instructions to derive valuable business insights using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL. You will also facilitate internal training sessions and conduct asset audits as needed, demonstrating your proficiency in configuration and effectivity management practices. Effective communication with both offsite and onsite teams will be essential to coordinate necessary support, while your organizational skills will ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping. Position Responsibilities:

Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.

Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.

Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.

Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability.

Conducts quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develops a coordinated response for management review and approval.

Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management.

Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.

Conduct data analysis on Quality Management System (QMS) data, work orders, and inspection instructions to derive business insights utilizing Tableau, Excel, and SQL.

Facilitate internal training sessions and conduct asset audits as necessary.

Demonstrate proficiency in configuration and effectivity management practices.

Facilitate effective communication with offsite and onsite teams to coordinate necessary support.

Efficiently organize and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.

Works under minimal direction. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Ability to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited program

Experience with AS9001: International Aerospace QMS Standards

Experience with ISO9001: International QMS Standards

Experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and/or Systematic Problem Solving

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in creating and analyzing pivot tables

Comprehensive expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to efficiently organize and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping

Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and responsiveness

Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and effectivity management practices

Experience with data visualization and analysis using Tableau, Excel, SAP and SQL Drug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $74,800 - $101,200
