• Develop insights into the scope of service delivery for ongoing and new projects.
• Take accountability for service delivery performance and meet customer expectations.
• Analyze third-party and internal processes for service delivery optimizations.
Qualifications
• Manage relationships between the team and its customers.
• Have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to non-technical users.
• Possess multi-tasking skills to assist team members or customers in real-time.
• Show passion for customer support and attention to detail.
• Understand service management principles and best practices.
• Experience managing third-party service providers.
