Job Summary and Responsibilities

100% in Office

The Lead Proposal Writer/Marketing Coordinator is a permanent full-time position whose key responsibility is to oversee the drafting of written proposals and Statement of Qualifications, and coordinate with the project management team on the approach to proposals.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include the following:

Drafting written proposals and Statement of Qualifications in response to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications;

Coordinating with the marketing team and project management team on the approach to proposals;

Coordinating with technical sub-consultants, as needed;

Drafting/finalizing sub-consultant agreements and contracts for awarded proposals; and

Maintaining and keeping the Customer Relationship Management System up to date. Additional responsibilities may include, but not be limited to the following:

Producing copies of marketing materials in preparation for meetings and interviews;

ssisting with special marketing projects, as assigned;

Processing sub-consultant insurance and W-9 requests;

ssisting with graphic and website design; and

ssisting with various other administrative duties, as assigned. Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Multi-tasking capability and organizational skills;

bility to manage multiple projects and deadlines;

bility to follow complex procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;

bility to work independently, in a timely manner, and with minimal direction is strongly desired; and

Problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

College-level analytical skills;

minimum of two years of previous related work experience; and

Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Communications, or related field. bility to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
