Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions-online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing. We are looking for Client Success Representatives who have strong communication and relationship-building skills, are organized with excellent time management skills, and have incoming/outgoing telephone experience with computer knowledge. Our Client Success Representatives can effectively evaluate client needs, resolve client issues/concerns efficiently, and negotiate renewal contracts.
Vertical Alliance Group is a well-established company, in business since 1999, with headquarters located in the Texarkana area. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to communicate in written or oral form
Excellent time management skills
Ability to resolve client issues/concerns in a timely manner
Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint
