To join this team please have the following requirements: Primary skill set has to be a strong knowledge of NJ Medicaid.

In this role you will be supporting all of our NJ Business Office Managers. There is travel in the position. Please have the following qualities:

Supervisory experience a must.

Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.

Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques

Prior experience in BOM within a nursing center or healthcare setting.

Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.

Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
