This individual will be instrumental in handling a range of

administrative functions that are vital for the team's

efficiency and effectiveness. These tasks include managing

paperwork for sponsorships and donations, creating purchase

orders, overseeing promotional material orders and inventory,

helping to coordinate cross-departmental activities, assisting

in budget management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating

event attendance. This support is crucial to enable the

current team to focus on proactive outreach and respond

adeptly to heightened inquiries from government officials,

community leaders, and the economic development community.
