Compensation & Benefits

W2 Employment: Full-time, stable position

Pay: $1,890–$2,200 per week, based on performance and load volume

(Equivalent to $98,280–$114,400 annually)

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home

Freight Type: Dry Van – 100% Driver unload required

Operating Area: Regional routes within IN, IL, WI, MI, and Louisville KY

Equipment: Assigned late-model trucks equipped with APU and inverter

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle within DOT regulations

Transport dry van freight with 100% driver unload

Operate on consistent, regional routes

Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain accurate ELD records and other required documentationQualifications

Valid CDL-A License

Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

Must pass DOT drug screen and background check

Physically capable of unloading freight
