Job Description
Lead the development and execution of preconstruction strategies for property projects.
Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient and effective preconstruction processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
Oversee and manage preconstruction budgets and timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals.

A successful VP of Preconstruction should have:
A strong background in construction, with a specific focus on the property sector.
Proven experience in leading preconstruction strategies and processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of construction regulations and industry standards.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. What's on Offer
