Project Manager - Mobile Apps QA

Pls see my below write up for Mobile app Project manager experience:

- Led the end to end Mobile App development project for startup and at Nynja project where i worked with Stakeholders for business requirement /Scope & deliverables.

-Worked with the Design team to plan & creat overall user Journey such that UX/UI design is complete in agreed scope and time.

-Worked with Architecture and Development team to create server & API.

Led the team with the Features(epic), user stories, defining tsks as High, medium, Low in backlog. Monitored development progress, removing blockers, issue resolving with scrum practices.

- Did capacity planning

- Monitored Risks, RAID log

-Co-ordinated with Cross functional team, QA team with the progress on bugs,Issues resolution and closures before the next release or Demo.

-Published report on the progress/status, milestone, Highlights, risks of the progress including budget.
