A brief overview of your facility and what you produce- We have factories and offices all over the world. We manufacture and install Healthcare equipment (Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, Maternal Infant Care, Ventilators)
PCS PROJECT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (more administrative and project support, working with data)
Role Summary/Purpose Provide tracking, reporting and scheduling support to a fast-paced project mana***ment team. Look for opportunities to simplify or automate complex or time-consuming activities and drive visibility on internal actions/timing/owners with commercial team.
This position is remote based.
Essential Responsibilities
• Work closely with the project mana***ment & commercial operations team to understand support needs.
• Provide timely and accurate project support to keep schedules on track
• Display excellent communication and facilitation skills in support of projects.
• Maintain alignment between teams needing updates on support activities
• Work with project mana***rs, Project Mana***ment Office staff, sales leaders, commercial operations, and leadership to find and support implementation of process improvement opportunities
• Quickly identify and proactively communicate risk with assign tasks to ensure projects can stay on track
• Act as an effective team coordinator during process improvement projects.
• Support creation of project status reports.
• Develop effective action plans for resolution of assigned task delays
• Support the maintenance of tracking and delivery records
• Support the creation and maintenance of priority lists
• Identify, propose, and participate in development of process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Aware of and comply with the ***HC Quality Manual, Quality Mana***ment System, Quality Mana***ment Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access etc.)
• Proficient in soft skills that are necessary to provide project support
• Negotiation skills and experience.
• Ability to make presentations (internal and external) and proficiency in presenting data insights to stakeholders
Desired Characteristics
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products & database systems (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access etc.)
• Advanced skills in data analysis and summarizing findings
• Chan*** mana***ment experience.
