Outside Sales Representative – Agricultural Equipment

Salary: Guaranteed draw + uncapped commission (six-figure potential based on performance)

Relocation: Not specified; local and regional candidates preferred

Industry: Agricultural Equipment / Equipment Retail Sales

Reports To: Store Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Territory: Assigned sales territory within Indiana

Overview:

A well-established and growing agricultural equipment retailer is seeking multiple Outside Sales Representatives across Southwest to Central Indiana. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals—ag or non-ag—to earn six figures with a strong base draw, uncapped commission, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities:

Sell new and used agricultural equipment to both new and repeat customers

Build long-term customer relationships and provide exceptional service

Manage your own territory, prospect new business, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up

Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and equipment knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in a sales environment

Proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on hitting goals and closing deals

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team setting

Must be able to work onsite from a store location within the sales territory

Additional Notes:

Candidates with ag equipment sales experience are highly preferred

Will also consider strong sales performers from other industries

Must be based within or near the hiring regions — no remote work

Compensation draw amount will be tailored to the candidate’s background and experience
