Location: Southwest to Central Ohio (store-based within sales territory)
Salary: Guaranteed draw + uncapped commission

Overview:
A well-established and fast-growing agricultural equipment retailer is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who enjoys working with people and is looking to earn six figures through a combination of guaranteed base draw and unlimited commission. No ag sales experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell agricultural equipment to new and returning customers within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
Prospect and generate leads to expand your customer base
Manage your own territory and sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Proven track record in B2C sales, with a focus on achieving goals and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting
Must be based in or willing to work from a store location within the assigned territory
