Data Entry Clerk

Description:

Authentic Brands of Chicago has an opening for a Data Entry Clerk. We are a USDA manufacturing plant located in Bedford Park, IL. We are a growing company with great opportunities for advancement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter production batch tickets into the company operating system.

• Create work orders for production, print batch paperwork, and collection of work orders.

• Obtain 100% accuracy entering production batch tickets. Ensure all pertinent fields are entered accurately, in a timely manner, and adhering to any unique product requirements.

• Process shipping orders and reviewing picking tickets.

• Producing a work order review twice a week.

• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to process work orders with a high attention to detail and speed.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

• Must be an enthusiastic team player.

Required Experience:

• Data Entry: 1-2 years

• Microsoft Excel/Word: 1-2 years (adequate excel skills)
