The Senior Manager for Global HRIS is a natural leader that promotes process improvement and drives vision for their team that aligns with the long-term company goals. The Sr Manager will have 8 plus years of experience in HRIS management and 5 plus years within Workday. The Senior Manager will oversee all functional aspects of the Workday system while collaborating with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and support the organization's strategic goals. This is an impactful role that will lead with a growth mindset, drive change management, and has the unique opportunity to be part of a growth transformation that will upscale our global organization.

Essential Functions

Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.

Provides leadership and manages the Tier 2 configuration team and prioritization of configuration tickets across differing resources. Ensure Analysts are resolving tickets and adhering to SLA or escalating when necessary. Report issues, findings and recommendations on a weekly basis.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the HRIS team.

Continuously evaluate HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Partners and collaborates with the business on gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and managing release functionality.

Support the Change Review Board process on requests to update configuration impacting business processes, workflow, security, and data.

Provide support and training to the HR team and the business on Workday functionality and best practices.

Ensure Workday configurations and processes adhere to regulatory compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years in HRIS management, 5+ years configuration within Workday HCM (at least 3 modules), security, business process configuration, and dashboard analytics.

3+ years in team leadership.

Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows across modules within Workday.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Change management expertise to facilitate system changes smoothly.

Must be able to work 4 days onsite at Dallas Location.
