Position Title: Senior Agile IT Project Manager (supporting IRES Contract, Amentum) Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Annual Salary: $104,000 - $139,000 Description of Duties:

The Senior IT Project Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

Have Project Management experience in an agile environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Facilitating sprint planning meetings, working with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, and ensuring the team commits to realistic sprint goals.

Have experience using Microsoft Teams, Planner, Project, Jira, and know how to create, manage and update their detailed level schedule.

Be comfortable interacting with various levels of internal and external customers.

Have experience creating and supporting Project status and financial data in internal and external customer meetings.

Have experience creating and managing SOWs with a variety of contract types and deliverable strategies.

Be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects specifically meeting cost and schedule targets.

Apply structured agile principles in the execution of their projects and way of work.

Develop recovery plans for projects that are not achieving delivery date expectations. Candidate should have experience, pricing, and estimating proposed costs and costs to complete.

Exhibit cognitive ownership of their project deliverables and partner with matrixed resources to deliver results according to customer expectations.

Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal teaming soft skills. Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted. Qualifications - External Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associates degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelors degree and 8 years of general experience; Masters degree and 6 years of general experience.

Must have 7 years of directly related experience.

Must have 1 year of experience in management or leadership roles

Must be PMP Certified.

Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance. Desired Requirements:

Be SAFe Certified

Be PMI-ACP or DASSM Certified

Have experience managing high dollar-value projects ranging in complexity

Have experience managing geographically separated project teams

Have experience managing projects in traditional waterfall and/or agile methodologies

Have SIEM Domain knowledge This position is expected to pay $104,000 - $139,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
