Description
The Project Manager/Owners Rep is responsible for:
Reporting to Norwalk office daily
Leading 2.5 year project - MEP Upgrades across 6 different schools schools in Norwalk
Client facing from beginning, middle, end on projects
Helping clients find architects, getting into a lot of design build work
Working with the accounting team to keep billing and financials up to date
Pushing schedules, schedule management
Identifying any potential problems
Profile
The Project Manager/Owners Rep will have:
10+ years of experience working as PM/OPM
MEP background ideally
Should have experience working with design team, owner (City of Norwalk), abatement is a plus
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree a massive plus but not a must have
Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
