We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to assist in the development of compelling Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, pitch books, and marketing materials. This role requires an ability to write persuasively, design visually engaging presentations, and manage the preparation of high-quality documents that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
RFP Writing: Lead the preparation, writing, and coordination of RFP responses, ensuring that all content is clear, concise, and tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft persuasive, client-focused proposals.
Pitch Book Development: Create and maintain pitch books, proposals, and client-facing marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the brand's voice and messaging.
PowerPoint Presentations: Design and develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and internal communications. Ensure slides are professional, on-brand, and impactful.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to understand client requirements and translate them into high-quality written and visual materials.
Content Optimization: Continuously improve RFP and pitch book templates, ensuring that documents are streamlined and meet evolving client expectations.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of materials for deadlines. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in RFP writing, pitch book development, and creating PowerPoint presentations (experience in Aviation/Transportation industry preferred but not required).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
