The Finish Excellence Manager leads the development and standardization of finishing processes across all Jasper Group manufacturing sites. This role ensures high-quality, efficient, and consistent finishing practices through innovation, training, and collaboration with plant operations.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of finishing techniques and materials

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred

• Familiarity with environmental and safety standards

This position could be located in either Jasper or Orleans and would need to be able to travel between facilities.
