Description
Job Summary: The Manager of the Collection Services Group is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Collection department. This role ensures that operational processes and procedures are followed, and departmental expectations and goals are met. The Manager will lead a team of collection professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve optimal performance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Collection department, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for collection staff.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare data & reports on collection activities and performance for EOS L-10 meeting and senior management.
Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal, accounting, collections or credit management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Competencies:

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal & external clients
Ability to lead a team and motivate others
