Responsibility/Areas and Duties (but not limited to):
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
Proficient knife skills
Must be able to learn and adhere to recipes
General Cooking knowledge
Label and properly store food items
Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Clean and sanitize line cook workspace and other kitchen areas as assigned
Assist with dishwashing duties as needed
Assist with putting away deliveries as needed Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space. The employee is frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings. He/she is routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less. It is inevitable that other duties will arise from time to time.

Requirements
Prior Line Cook experience preferred
Able to safely operate commercial kitchen machinery
Able to stand for 8- hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
Availability to work shifts during weekends, weekdays and evenings
