RN Admissions Nurse

Oak Park Place is hiring for an RN Admissions Nurse for our beautiful Madison Grandview location. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organization in offering exceptional care to seniors in a warm and caring environment. As a smaller company, we cater to our resident's needs, and take pride in providing an employee friendly work environment. We are looking for a nurse to oversee our admissions process for our Skilled Nursing side and also do the assessments for our Assisted Living/Memory Care side.

Requirements

Qualifications:

WI RN License

Admissions experience preferred but willing to train the right individual

Supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility

Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care
