WSFS Bank’s Team Leaders are primarily responsible for enhancing customer relationships by providing Stellar Service and successful utilization of specific sales skills. More specifically, they are tasked with observing and coaching branch Associates on their use of Stellar Service and sales skills, assisting the Retail Office Managers with developing action plans for improvement, and ensuring that branch Associates are acting in compliance with bank policies and procedures. The incumbent will assist in the training and coaching of branch Associates and assume responsibility of the branch when deemed necessary by management and facilitate team meetings when needed in order to communicate goals and expectations. The Team Leader will assist the Retail Office Manager in reaching branch sales goals, opening new accounts and cross selling additional products and services to fill customer needs as well as performing miscellaneous operational duties as assigned.

This position will staff a banking office in Sussex County which can include (Long Neck, Lewes, Milford, Millsboro, Ocean View, Rehoboth) and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time 40 hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month are required. This schedule can change at any time based on business needs. This position offers a competitive base salary, incentive opportunity, and benefits. The hired candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa, such as an H-1B visa. Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Must have at least two years of face-to-face customer service experience.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Pervious cash handling experience is required.

Prior consultative sales experience is required.

Must have demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Must have a proven ability for attention to detail.

Must possess a strong knowledge of deposit and retail loan products, as well as familiarity with business products.

Must have a strong knowledge of teller operations and processing.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
