Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools

Screen and interview candidates

Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.

Perform various customer service-related activities

Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview

Present, negotiate and close job offers

Do you have the following?

Bachelor's Degree (required)

ATS experience - Bullhorn preferred advanced recruiting technology utilization and the ability to adopt high-tech tools in a fast-paced environment

5-7 years experience as a top-performing technical recruiter (IT, scientific, or engineering)

Customer or sales-focused experience

Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
