Scheduler / Timekeeper Tech

JOB DESCRIPTION: seeking a well-qualified candidate to serve as the Scheduler / Timekeeper Tech for Role-player Services (RPS) in Glynco, GA. The Scheduler / Timekeeper Tech is responsible for storing, organizing, and maintaining inventory of all written scenario training packages for roleplayer training. Assists in the coordination of up to 300 roleplaying personnel and the maintenance of the roleplayer scenario library.

KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Store and organize all written scenario training packages for more than 200 independent training scenarios. Maintain inventory control of all scenarios training packages

Support scheduling of more than 300 roleplaying personnel, adapting to rapidly changing requirements

Coordinate and deconflict scheduling to support more than 200 different scenarios, each with specialized requirements. Ensure management of scenario library.

Utilize scheduling software for roleplayer planning/scheduling

Support the Scheduler / Timekeeper Lead and Project Manager as needed.

Helps ensure on-site coverage during normal duty hours (9:00 AM until 6:00 PM) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and during extended days (within work scheduling).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and skills:

High school diploma is required

Minimum of 2 years of office/training experience scheduling part time personnel.

Must be able to pass a background examination.

The most competitive candidates will possess keen leadership skills as well as outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills.

Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Adobe

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a US citizen.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Previous experience working role player support for large training organizations.

TYPE WORK:

Full Time, 40 hours a week. Shift work or flexed work may be required.
