AV Technician/Field Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Technician/Field Engineer to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of audiovisual (AV) systems across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, education centers, hospitality venues, and event spaces.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AV technologies and thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test AV equipment including displays, projectors, video walls, audio systems, control systems, and conferencing technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.

Read and interpret technical schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.

Conduct pre-site inspections and post-installation checks to ensure quality and compliance with client specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate installations.

Provide training and technical support to clients on installed systems.

Document all installations, configurations, and issues for ongoing support and reference.

Ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards.
