Job Details
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on manufacturing and light industrial projects
Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting sales targets
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and regulations specific to manufacturing and light industrial facilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
