PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a Sr Enterprise Project Manager at BECU, you'll be at the center of our most complex and impactful initiatives. You'll drive projects and product delivery efforts across multiple teams, ensuring timely, high-quality results that help move our Credit Union forward. This role isn't just about managing timelines - it's about leading cross-functional teams with empathy, purpose, and clarity. Whether you're refining backlogs, orchestrating Agile ceremonies, or aligning stakeholders, you'll be contributing to outcomes that directly enhance the member experience and help shape BECU's digital future.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Agile Delivery: Structure sprints, groom backlogs, and coordinate scrum teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Project Execution: Drive the entire project lifecycle - from planning through closure - with clear documentation, goal alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication: Lead steering committee meetings, communicate project scope and objectives, and ensure alignment across the organization.

Governance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all documentation and artifacts meet audit requirements and project governance standards.

Financial Oversight: Create and manage project budgets, forecasts, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and fiscal accountability.

Vendor & Contract Management: Review statements of work (SOWs), manage third-party vendors, and coordinate delivery expectations.

Forecasting & Scheduling: Utilize tools like Clarizen and Azure DevOps (ADO) to develop accurate project timelines, resource plans, and forecasts.

Team Coaching: Mentor junior PMs and Agile team members, offering feedback and guidance that supports their growth.

Risk & Issue Management: Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RaID) to keep projects on course.

Lifecycle Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and contribute to EPMO evolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 7 years in project management roles

Experience leading enterprise-wide and technology-focused projects

Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Hands-on experience with ADO

PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills

Desired Qualifications

Advanced degree

Agile Certified Practitioner or related certifications

Experience in API development projects

Vendor/SOW management experience

Mentorship experience with associate PMs

Background in financial institutions or credit unions
